Gainez Cycle & Fitness is led by Billy Gaine, a lifelong athlete and former coach, athletic director, and a top rated instructor in greater Boston. His experience has given him a unique approach to training clients looking to make a change in their normal routine.

Billy is no stranger to adversity. Having overcome several obstacles in his life on his journey to where he is today, Billy’s story is one of redemption, persistence, and an unwavering will to become a better person. He has dedicated his life to inspiring and pushing others to overcome their challenges and become the best versions of themselves through fitness.
